A marketing consultancy in Cambridgeshire has launched a free advice pack for start-up and small businesses.

Emerald Frog Marketing in Ely have compiled the pack, entitled “Low Cost, High Impact Marketing”, to give businesses ideas of ways to promote their business on a shoestring budget.
